Q. How long does it take for you to respond to my email concerns?

A. Currently our average response time is 2.5 hours for email inquiries. The maximum response time may in rare cases go up to 24 hours based on the situation. 

Q. Why do you have separate contacts for Pre-Sales and After-Sales Support?

A. The only reason is that for our registered customers concern, we may require to verify their account information and review their account for earlier contacts and account status in order to answer their concerns accurately. 

Q. Why don’t I see the Linux pages?

A. Due to some modifications being made to our Linux web hosting system, new linux packages would not be allotted till June 20, 2005. As an alternative you may consider our Windows Shared web hosting packages, which have no setup fees for registrations, made before June 20, 2005. You may alternatively send an email to sales@benjwal.info with your interest in our Linux hosting services and we shall intimate you, as soon as this service becomes available.

Billing / Payments

Q. What if I am not satisfied with your service or for no reason want to quit and get my money back within the first 30 days?

A. If for any reason you do not wish to continue using our services and intimate us within 30 days of your online purchase, then we shall give you a full prorated refund for the balance period. No questions asked. The payments are usually refunded using Paypal. 

Q. Are there any hidden costs that may come up at some point of time in between or during registration?

A. All that you require to pay is the package charge and setup fees if any. Currently the setup fees have been waived off for all registrations received before June 20, 2005. You need not pay anything extra for your whole purchase period.

Example: If you buy our SWA10 package with its current price of $9.99/yr, then all that you pay us for one full year is $9.99. Nothing extra.

Q. How can you offer so low prices?

A. You would have already searched the net a lot and would have found our prices the lowest. There are only 2 reasons on how we are able to provide such low costs.

1> We have a huge customer base and thus due to high purchase volume, our purchase expense ratio is low. We pass this benefit to our customers for the following reason.

2>  The web hosting industry has become too competitive and the only way to survive is having a strong customer database, which helps in keep our purchase cost’s low and in order to have a large customer base we need to be the best and most competitive. Price and service are the 2 main factors and we emphasize on them.

Q. After my purchase period would I have to pay a huge price to renew my package?

A. As already explained, in order to remain competitive we need to offer the best price in order to achieve new customers and offer them the lowest price in order to retain them. If we won’t do this we are sure our customers will find other competitors and will move out. Thus be assured that you will always find the most competitive prices with us.

Q. How much do I need to pay, to get started?

A. Absolutely nothing. You don't pay us anything unless you make a sale.

Q. How much am I charged for each product that I sell?

A. You are charged the price listed on our website at the time of sale, for the relevant product. 

For Example: If you sell our SWA50 Plan charged at $9.99 per year, then you pay us $9.99 for one full year. If you sell a domain name for one year, we would charge you $6.99 per year.

Q. How much can I earn from a sale?

A. Your profit would be based on the price at which you sell. You are free to sell the available affiliate service products at any price you wish. 

For Example: The normal lowest found market price, for the SWA50 plan is $30 per year. You can buy it for $9.99 per year and sell it for $29.99. You thus earn $20 from this one sale. You would earn more with larger packages. 

Q. Who would answer the customers after sales concerns?

A. We take care of all after sales customer care. Once the sale is complete you need not worry about the customer. If you would like to keep the referred customers anonymous from us and answer their concerns your self and even take the benefit of their future renewals, then you may consider our free or pre paid reseller services.

Q. When do I have to pay you?

A. You do not pay us anything at the time of signup. You would need to pay us only when you have received the payment from your customer and want to create a new account for your customer.

For Example: If you have received the payment from your customer for our SWA50 plan, then you would first send us our payment of $9.99 and we would create the new web hosting account for your customer and take care of his after sales concerns from then on.

Q. Do I have to pay you, if I was never able to make a sale ?

A. You do not need to pay us anything in this case. However, all of our Affiliates / Resellers are able to make sales and earn easily, especially because our prices are the lowest worldwide and we offer the best services.

Q. If I want to cancel my affiliation with you, do I need to pay you anything or is there any kind of risk?

A. If for some reason you wish to discontinue your affiliation with us, you may just send an email to affiliate@Benjwal.info informing us about your decision and we shall cancel your affiliation with us. No questions asked. No cancellation fees and no risk. This is probably something you would never consider once you join, however this is a frequently asked question by people, before joining.

Q. How long does it take for my account to be setup?

A. All accounts are automatically activated on making an online payment. Incase of an offline payment being made, your account would be activated only after we receive your payment at our end.
